Josie Abbing runs tomorrow in a 0-125 Mares Handicap Hurdle. Just 4 are declared to run in this interesting Class 3 contest. Lilly Pinchin rides who has won on the mare and knows her well. Looks a trappy enough race with Nikap the likely favourite she goes for a hat trick of wins & looks the probable front runner. Hopefully we can tuck in, settle and come with a strong challenge. Josie has had a great season winning twice and just beaten second also twice... one of those seconds was here at Hereford two runs ago. So Josie seems to handle the track well enough.

Good luck to her owners many attend for this 2;40 Hereford contest I hope Josie Abbing runs well and wins going away. Main thing is Safe home all. Good Luck.

BDR exciting prospect Baby Ben is ready to run when the inevitable rain finally comes....Ajay's Ways is also not far from some possible opportunities.

AJ would be ready to go chasing now but schooling is impossible with firm ground.  So probably one more spin over hurdles.

BDR has secured our first lease horse until the end of the season. Winning bumper filly HILLFINCH with super Stuart Edmunds will run in our colours for her owners. First likely opportunity will be Sunday December the 5th on Peterborough Chase Day in a 20k Listed Mares Bumper. Really exciting. HILLFINCH will then go Novice Hurdling around the Christmas period.

There is a small % available and after being offered to the existing syndicate will become available to whoever wishes to join BDR.

Annie Day will be joined by Miss McGugen on the resting list disappointing but she will be back in 2022 as good as ever, Our 2 unraced 4 year olds DOC EL & BILLY BOI BLUE will not run this side of Christmas, both are well but are just not quite physically ready. We were expecting BILLY BOI BLUE to run this month but he cried enough at the last minute. Both will be fine.

Our 3 yr old filly UNNAMED (Beat Hollow x Tickity Bleue) is grand she was visited by 2 of her owners at Martins Hill.. she looks great (PICTURE BELOW) everyone had a lovely morning at the yard watching some of the BDR horses work and meeting new equine friends....
