Ajay's Ways summering well.

Delighted to receive some smashing photos from Graeme McPherson in the week, above Ajay's Ways has enjoyed his holidays, he'll be coming in soon now, AJ had a set back last autumn, the vet did think AJ would have likely been ok to resume training last January, however we decided why risk him, his Irish point form worked out so well, AJ beat Ask a Honey Bee who then under rules won 3 on the spin, before competing with credit in the champion bumper at the Cheltenham Festival. Ex'odella now with Jamie Snowden ran well in above average novice company before winning impressively in a competitve race last season, Three is Company also won for Gordon Elliot. With a whole 12 months break AJ will be scanned as a precaution then put back into full training. I really feel this boy will be worth the wait and have every confidence in Graeme and his team producing this lad for a successful campaign.

Christian Williams called with a possible entry for Josie Abbing, this could be on the opening day of the new National Hunt season at Southwell in a 0-105 hurdle July 1st, I think she'll go well here with the fixed brushed hurdles, Josie didn't act at Fakenham, always on the turn going wide as well we gave away loads of ground, she missed the break  giving away best part of 10 lengths, we all worry about going up a few pounds but think how much you lose going 4 wide, missing the break on a track you didn't act on. Josie Abbing will be fine and I think we can win races with her, a galloping track will suit. she would be in titled for the run at Southwell and stable jockey Jack Tudor can not ride as BHA guidelines say only jockeys who have won 40 plus can start off straight away,  Jack can with other conditionals can ride in week 3 of the new season, his 5 lb claim will help Josie be really competitive going further into the season.

More shares sold of Annie Day, this mare looks like being filled with a all female ownership at this rate, that would be fine but we love a partnership of all ages and both sexes. Annie Day continues to settle incredibly well at the yard, She will be grand, mark my words she is a lovely, lovely mare.

Hope you all enjoyed Royal Ascot, great to see Alan King fly the flag for the jump trainers, that said he is a proper master of both codes.

www.bdrsyndicates.com shares for sale page for any partnerships with shares remaining, you would be more than welcome.
