Roseriver Has heads to Newton Abbot attempting a hat-trick of wins for the colours here.

Annie Day on her travels home

A pleasing debut for our 5 yr old mare Annie Day, Annie came 5th of 10 just 3 lengths behind David Pipe's 6/4f Maggies Mogul and beaten just 7 lengths overall, I think those that finished ahead of our mare will be worth putting in your tracker a competitive race on testing ground.

Jack Tudor reported Annie did her best work at the end and stayed on well, she showed a good attitude and will come on for the run, Jack reported to her owners that Annie got caught out as the worst of the ground came just as the others had quickened so we got lost for a furlong, then we went stand side hit some better ground and kicked on nicely.

Christian has always liked this mare and feels we should go straight hurdling as there are no immediate mares bumper options, so lets see where the programme book leads us, Annie will be grand and will win races. A nice free moving mare who with a step up in trip and obstacles will show her to even better effect.

Same trainer different horse Roseriver Has goes to our lucky track Newton Abbot tomorrow Sunday 11th, BDRsyndicates has already struck there twice this season lets hope its 3/3 at this track for our colours. That said it looks as though its a competitive field so we shall see I will be delighted if we just move forward and progress from his run last time, Roseriver Has is from a nice family and as a novice mixed it up with the best in Ireland, moved over to the welsh coast to re invigorate perhaps his zest for racing, Have every faith in out trainer, Tom Bellamy rides who is a smashing lad I am told and we all know what a capable jockey he is, good luck to him and Roseriver Has and his owners, Geraint who owns a share supports him with a guest of his, I hope they have a great day.

Some entry news I hope for next week with our Fame and Glory mare Josie Abbing getting closer to a run.

Thanks for reading keep safe all.
