A declaration for Sunday and many of the team move closer to their seasonal opener.

Roseriver Has (grey) and Irish point winner Annie Day at the Christian Williams yard

Things now starting to really gear up with all our horses doing more steady work. Highly encouraging watching both Roseriver Has & our mare Annie Day around the loop, Annie is a fantastic mover and our 3x winning grey has some really strong form in the book I would love to fill final share in Roseriver Has and also get Annie some more supporters. Could be some really exciting days following them.

Josie Abbing is declared Sunday 19th at Southwell in a 0-110 mares race, its a 2m race however with rail adjustments a further 1 furlong will be added, fine by us it will suit Josie grand, its is a trappy tight contest and with 3 from Dan Skelton  the good Dr. Newland amongst others it will be a tough ask, that said I am hopeful of a nice run and I think she represents some value for those who like a flutter. Jack Tudor rides he will take 5 lb off her back with the handicapper dropping her 4 lb last time that gives us a fair amount less to carry. Josie who won a bumper and only came 8 lengths behind Mr Muldoon so we know she has talent, the mares races will suit her. Good Luck to her enthusiast and incredibly likeable owners. We really do have grade 1 owners.

Looks promising with government announcement on a route back to normality lets hope with a sensible approach we can all get back to the things we enjoy..

Good news with all our horses with McPherson Racing, they keep banging in the winners which is fantastic for all involved with the yard. Well done connections.

Our Owners day will be held 15th August at Graeme's if you are interested in a share with BDR and McPherson drop us a line and you would be very welcome.
